Angie Staats was a teacher who saw many children in foster care filter through her classroom. During one school year, she watched two beautiful little girls in foster care grow and change in her classroom, and she thought seriously about giving to a child what their foster parents were giving to them.

KVC is proud to recognize Ken and Vanese Cedar for 25 years of providing a foster home through KVC to children in West Virginia.
