“Voices for Kids” Gospel Sing Event a Success

On Sunday, July 12, KVC held its second annual “Voices for Kids” Gospel Sing at Grasslick Baptist Church in Kenna, W.Va.  The event featured three fantastic singing groups, fellowship, and a delicious hot dog dinner.

KVC West Virginia’s own Cookie Grady and Amanda Holbert sang with their family as part of the Grady Singers. Many KVC foster parents and local restaurants and businesses also donated food, supplies, and raffle items.  The money raised will go to help children in foster care to have a special Christmas and holiday season.

KVC is thankful for all of the support that our staff and the community has given to make this event possible.  If you are interested in donating, volunteering, or finding more about becoming a foster parent, click here.
