Our foster parents work hard to care for the youth in their homes. Sometimes this leads to physical, emotional and mental exhaustion, otherwise known as "burnout." This training will review why burnout happens and how foster families can prevent it.
In this training, participants will learn about the types of loss, their influence on behavior, and help children cope with separation to minimize the trauma of placement.
