Led by our experienced trainer, this session will blend interactive discussions with real-world scenarios to thoroughly examine the responsibilities of social workers and mental health professionals. We’ll delve into our interactions with clients, colleagues, our agency, and the broader community, while also tackling a variety of boundary issues and honing communication skills to address them effectively. Additionally, we’ll explore the nuanced aspects of establishing personal and professional boundaries, weighing their advantages and potential challenges. By the end of the training, attendees will be well-equipped to set boundaries with confidence and uphold integrity in their practice.
