Erin Keltner serves as President at KVC West Virginia, where she leads our team of caring professionals who help thousands of children, teens, families and adults each year. As President, Erin builds vibrant relationships both within our team and with our partners to provide heart-centered services and support to solve the challenges West Virginia children and families are experiencing. In this role, Erin elevates service and program quality and grows KVC’s impact.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Erin has held diverse roles with both KVC Kentucky and KVC West Virginia. She started at KVC Kentucky as a case manager and then clinician in the Intensive In-Home Services and IMPACT Plus programs. Then she served as KVC Kentucky’s Director of IMPACT Plus and later as their Director of Development, Training and Quality Assurance. Notably, she played a crucial role in assisting KVC Kentucky in achieving accreditation by The Joint Commission in 2010. In 2011, Erin transitioned to KVC West Virginia and took on the role of Director of Permanency before serving as Vice President of Clinical Services where she led our team to provide the highest quality therapeutic services to children and families.

She is also a Gallup-trained employee engagement champion and a certified Clifton Strengths coach, helping to make KVC an exceptional place to work. Outside of KVC, Erin has long been an active leader in national groups like the Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA) where she serves as Vice Chairperson of the board.
Erin holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Transylvania University. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Kentucky and a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in West Virginia. She holds Rank I in school social work in Kentucky and is trained in various treatment modalities, including TF-CBT and PCIT.

Erin Osborne, MSW, LGSW has worked in the social work field for eleven years.

Ms. Osborne received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH in 1999. She received her Master of Social Work degree in 2006 from New York University in New York, NY. Ms. Osborne has provided direct care as a Family Service Specialist with KVC and as a therapist with KVC and other agencies. Her therapeutic experience has been serving those diagnosed with severe mental illness (all ages) and adolescents with intellectual disabilities both in NY and WV. Ms. Osborne has worked as a clinical supervisor/manager in residential settings targeting adults and adolescents with mental illness and developmental/intellectual disabilities in WV for five years. Most recently she opened a residential program for adolescents with dual diagnoses (MH/ID) which began providing services in 2008.

Kristi R. Ferrell is Director of Permanency for KVC West Virginia.

Anna Lehew Kelley serves as KVC West Virginia’s Director of Wraparound Services.

Sarah Marshall-Roy serves as Regional Director in KVC West Virginia’s Eastern Region.

Tamara Nichols, MSW, LGSW, serves as Regional Director in KVC West Virginia’s western region overseeing our teams and services in Boone, Cabell, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo and Wayne Counties. She provides supervision for a team of therapists, foster/adoptive care case managers and administrative assistants. She also offers clinical supervision as needed. Tamara ensures that KVC continues to offer the highest quality services to children, families and adults in our communities. Additionally, she builds and maintains strong relationships with community partners, including the West Virginia Department of Human Services (DoHS), the Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA), and more.

With over 25 years of experience working in behavioral health services, foster care and child welfare, Tamara brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for serving children and families. Throughout her two decades at KVC, she excelled in roles such as case management, marketing and supervision.

Tamara has a master’s degree in social work from Concord University and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Bluffton University. Tamara is a licensed graduate social worker in West Virginia.

Sara Wyer serves as Regional Director for KVC West Virginia’s Central Region.

Brittany Jefferson, BSW, LSW, serves as the KVC TLVY at Middle College Supervisor for KVC West Virginia, where she leads a residential transitional living program supporting older youth and young adults ages 16–21 as they prepare for independent adulthood. In her role, Brittany oversees daily program operations, supervises and supports Youth Advisors, ensures compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, and collaborates closely with community partners, educators, care managers, therapists, and families. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where young people can build the skills, confidence, and resources needed to achieve their goals.

With 16 years of experience serving youth, families, and vulnerable populations, Brittany brings deep expertise in residential services, crisis intervention, case management, behavioral support, family engagement, and youth development. Before joining KVC West Virginia, she spent 12 years at a youth crisis shelter, progressing through roles as Direct Care Staff, Case Aide, and Case Manager. She also worked in a residential group care facility supporting youth with behavioral, emotional, and social challenges. Her diverse background includes experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and approximately 15 years of maintaining Approved Medication Assistive Personnel (AMAP) certification.

Brittany earned her Associate of Arts degree from Pierpont Community & Technical College in 2022 and her Bachelor of Social Work from West Virginia University in 2024. She became a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of West Virginia in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at West Virginia University, with an anticipated graduation date of 2027. Following completion of her graduate studies, she plans to pursue Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.

Throughout her career, Brittany has remained committed to helping young people discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and build pathways toward stability and independence. Her leadership reflects a strengths-based, relationship-focused approach that prioritizes growth, resilience, and opportunity.

Amber Goldizen, BBA, serves as the Program Manager for KVC West Virginia’s Transitional Living for Vulnerable Youth (TLVY) program, where she provides leadership and oversight to ensure young people receive high-quality, compassionate support as they prepare for independent adulthood. She oversees program operations, staff recruitment and development, regulatory compliance, budgeting, residential facility quality, and crisis response while partnering with agency leadership to strengthen program practices and continuously improve outcomes for youth.

Amber earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Healthcare Administration from Marshall University in 2001. She later earned an Adult Permit in Parent Education in 2008 and a Provisional Teaching Certificate in Middle School Social Studies in 2023, reflecting her ongoing commitment to learning and supporting children, youth and families.

With 15 years of professional experience, Amber brings a unique blend of education, business leadership and youth development to her role. She spent more than 13 years as a middle and high school teacher, helping students build academic success, life skills and confidence. She also served as an Assistant Business Manager for a government contractor, overseeing daily operations, financial management and Department of Transportation contract budgets. Amber joined KVC in 2024 as a Student Success Specialist, was quickly promoted to Program Coordinator and, in May 2025, became Program Manager for the TLVY program.

Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is certified in Administration of Medication Assistance Personnel (AMAP). She has also completed specialized training in Trauma-Informed Care and Youth Mental Health First Aid, strengthening her ability to lead with a compassionate, strengths-based approach that supports each young person’s unique needs and potential.
