Roane and Jackson Office Resource Foster and Adoptive families are invited to join KVC staff for a Holiday Open House on Thursday, December 18.  The festivities will involve snacks, gift-giving and fellowship!  The party will be located at Spencer Heritage Hall Building in Spencer.
