About KVC West Virginia
KVC West Virginia is a private, nonprofit organization that serves over 3,000 children, teens and adults each year. Our team of caring professionals provides home- and community-based services that strengthen families and prevent foster care, outpatient mental health therapy, foster care, foster parent recruitment and support, adoption, and youth academic and mentorship programs.
We envision a world in which every person is safe and connected to a strong family and a healthy community.

PRIDE Session 7 & 8: Continuing Family Relationships & Planning for Change

Training Date and Time: February 21, 2023, 6-8pm
Training Description: Participants will learn the importance of permanence, and of supporting a youth’s connections to their biological family and previous placements. They will learn more about the process of adoption, and the impact fostering, and adoption may have on their family.
KVC West Virginia offers this virtual course at no cost to non-KVC staff and potential or current KVC foster parents (you!).
