About KVC West Virginia
KVC West Virginia is a private, nonprofit organization that serves over 3,000 children, teens and adults each year. Our team of caring professionals provides home- and community-based services that strengthen families and prevent foster care, outpatient mental health therapy, foster care, foster parent recruitment and support, adoption, and youth academic and mentorship programs.
We envision a world in which every person is safe and connected to a strong family and a healthy community.

Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind training opportunity for KVC foster families! You’ll learn about topics such as helping youth feel safe and connected, promoting healthy brain development and resilience, and partnering with other members of a child’s support team.
This year’s keynote speakers will be Bob and Beth Hughes Noone. These two spoke at last year’s KVC Resource Family Conference and will discuss how to understand and care for children who have experienced trauma, how to handle stressful situations, important information about adopting from foster care and more. Bob may also be talked into performing some songs on his guitar!
