Virtual Trauma 101 Training (2 CEUs) – Rescheduled

February 2, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

This event was rescheduled from Wednesday, Jan. 19 to Wednesday, Feb. 2.

According to the American Psychological Association (APA), a significant number of American children are exposed to traumatic life events. Traumatic events are described as experiences that threaten injury, death, or the physical integrity of self or others and also cause horror, terror, or helplessness at the time the event occurs. SAMHSA reports that more than two thirds of children experience at least 1 traumatic event by age 16.

Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes, and requires a targeted and effective treatment approach.
