You’ll also learn practical strategies to mitigate trauma’s effects and understand how impactful advocacy is in driving community change. This training will equip you with the knowledge and tools to not only transform your practice but also contribute to meaningful change. \nLed by experienced trainer\, Erin Keltner\, our training blends interactive activities\, insightful case studies\, and real-life examples. As President\, Erin builds vibrant relationships both within our team and with our partners to provide heart-centered services to solve the challenges West Virginia children and families are experiencing. \nWith over 20 years of experience\, she has held many roles in child welfare and mental health from direct care to leadership. Erin holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Transylvania University.
